GUARANTEE/RETURN POLICY
We, at Jane Iris Designs want to do all that we can to assure your satisfaction with our product and service. We will replace or repair any items of unsatisfactory quality or if the item does not meet your expectations. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any ring with a gemstone or custom size (under size 5 or over size 10 1/2) any 14K gold or any order considered custom. All custom orders must be pre-paid and are non-refundable. We cannot accept responsibility for repairs performed by other jewelers.
